The rooms here are good, modern, and spacious. the beds are super comfy and there's a really big terrace 🌞. the staff is welcoming and always polite.

Besides, the location was best possible for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Venetian Tower. The room we had included cable channels, a mini bar fridge, and a sitting area. The staff was really helpful throughout the day.

I was happy with hotel's good location so in general everything turned into very stressful stay. Location: the property was close enough to Tirana and airport, the restaurant and the beach.

The room at Iliad Hotel in Durres was absolutely stunning! It felt like stepping into a palace with its traditional opulence. As a budget traveler, I couldn't have asked for a better room. Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, it's just my opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

The staff at the hotel, particularly the receptionist named Olta, went above and beyond to make our vacation enjoyable. The hotel's positioning is convenient for sightseeing and an active vacation. The owner and staff maintain a high degree of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness.

I chose Iliad Hotel solely because of its convenient location near the Great Mosque of Durres. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely helpful staff at the reception who were available at any time of the day. The restaurant at the hotel impressed me with its great ingredients and delicious cooking. The 24-hour front desk and room service, along with the free WiFi, were also excellent features that added to the overall positive experience.

The hotel, although comfortable, is a maximum 3-star accommodation by European standards. The entrance through the restaurant can be a bit crowded when there are many people.
